Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by TN Sewing, a family-owned business specializing in industrial sewing and banner finishing. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

TN Sewing provides custom sewing and banner finishing services, including but not limited to:

  • Precision trimming and cropping
  • Hem stitching
  • Grommet installation
  • Custom shapes and pole pockets
  • Reinforcements and attachments

All services will be outlined in the client’s approved quote or work order.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and volume.
  • Additional charges may apply for rush orders, design changes, or rework caused by incorrect client-provided specifications.

4. Orders & Turnaround

  • Production begins only after written confirmation of the quote and receipt of any necessary materials.
  • Standard lead times will be provided at the time of order. Rush fees may apply for expedited jobs.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via e-transfer, credit card, or cheque.
  • Invoices are due within 30 days unless agreed upon in writing.
  • Late payments are subject to a charge.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Clients are responsible for pickup and delivery unless otherwise specified.
  • TN Sewing is not liable for shipping delays, courier issues, or damage during transit.

7. Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
  • If a defect in workmanship is reported within 7 days of delivery, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
  • Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee and cost of materials used.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements, artwork, and design files.
  • Ensuring supplied materials meet agreed-upon specifications.
  • Reviewing and approving proofs before production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Any artwork or designs provided by TN Sewing remain our property unless purchased outright.
  • Clients must ensure they have rights to use all submitted logos, graphics, or content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TN Sewing’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed deadlines due to incorrect information or delays not caused by us.

11. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Proprietary designs, branding, and product information will not be shared without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

TN Sewing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
